Sandhya

Sandhya born as Revathy in Alwaye in Kerala. She changed her name as there is already a popular actress with the same name in the Tamil film industry. She is a Libran born on 27 September 1986 in Kerala, but at the age of two, she moved to Chennai. Her father is a bank employee and mother a housewife. Her elder brother Rahul is an Engineer.

When she was doing her SSLC (10th Standard) when she got a surprise of her life in form of a movie Kadhal, a Sankar Production directed by balaji Sakthivelu. The move brought her the filmfare ward as the best actress in 2004. Fame and recognition followed immediately after success of the move KADHAL.

She can speak English, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam with easy. Her favorite pastime is watching movies and dancing and music.

Her movies are Dishyum, Vallavan, Prajapathi, Alice In Wonderland, Koodal Nagar, Annavarm and movies to watch out for are: Thoondil, Manjal Veyil, Kannamochi Yenada. She was a part of Mani Ratnam's stage show, Netru, Indru, Naalai.
